Dear friends,

After the whirlwind of the winder holidays we took some time to pause and decide on our strategy for 2023. So moving forward we're going to do more of the things that worked for us in fulfilling our mission (replacing polluting and ugly paper products with sustainable and stylish alternatives) and less of the things that didn't work as well.

So without further ado here is what you'll see more from us:
• More year-round products
We're about to launch new stationery products that you can use throughout the whole year and not just the holidays - keep an eye out for our emails
• More seasonal products
We'll launch new winter holidays gift wrap and accessories, but we'll also have new products for other holidays throughout the year. Can you guess which?
• More in-person markets and trade shows
We love meeting our customers IRL and there's nothing more valuable than hearing your feedback, so we're looking forward to meeting as many of you as possible, especially if you're local to the Bay Area

And also here are the things we're going to be doing less of:
• Less wasteful materials
We're never going to stop exploring more sustainable options so in 2023 we're planning to introduce some creative new packaging options. Stay tuned!
• Less social media presence
While we do think it's important it's also extremely time-consuming and we're not seeing the payoff we would like. Please keep in mind that for now Papergem consists mostly of me, Simona, the Founder and CEO, and temporary workers.
