We know we put forth our Basque Cheesecake as the potential best single bite in Bend, but our bacon wrapped dates might be a close second. With a hint of almond and spiced honey, these little jewels of salty sweetness are the perfect way to kick off any romantic evening.

Literally, it means “to do vermouth.” But in Catalonia, fer vermut (or fer el vermut) means something a little more important: it’s the ritual of getting together with friends, grabbing a casual drink, ordering a few small bites, and sharing in community.

Starting tomorrow, we’re bringing that tradition to Bar RBC. Every day from 4–5:30 PM, pull up for a little afternoon ritual of our own.

Five $5 Bocadillos (a traditional Spanish sandwich) to choose from:

🥖 The Marco Pierre White — butter, anchovies, shallots & parsley

🥖 Sobrasada — Manchego, frisée & honey

🥖 Jamón — Manchego

🥖 Tortilla — aioli & romesco

🥖 Eggplant — peppers & goat cheese

Pair it with Laie for $7 or any of our other vermouths for $9.
