Can I go over previous permanent makeup❓ 💄 sometimes but it isn’t always easy because the other artist may not have had a good layout. Sometimes the shape and color are not desirable. I may choose not to if it’s just not going to look better. I may suggest laser removal first. Then it’s going to be a process.
