Heads up! The county is doing roadwork in front of the Ranch this morning. It looks deterring, but the supervisor said the crew will let everyone into the Ranch, just let someone know you're trying to get there and they'll let us through!

We're barbecuing for our veteran community lunch tomorrow!
Also, just a heads up, we will have a film crew on site doing some filming.
It'll be a fun, busy day if that's what you're looking for. Veteran volunteer workday starts 8:30-9am, and lunch at noon.

Who's coming to the Ranch for a visit this Saturday? CVMA is hosting a benefit ride to support the I-82 Cavalry Association and Ranch - catch the finish line celebration with live music, "Gourmet Joes," and support the I-82's final military ball, as well as the continued work of the Ranch.
Come meet and mingle with these three organizations - we hope to see you there between 3-7pm!

Today, we pause with reverence for those who gave their lives in service to our country.
At the Ranch, we hold their memory close, in the quiet of the land, and in the community built by those who carry their legacy forward.
Harness the sun: Build Your Own Power System workshop is tomorrow (Saturday) at the Ranch from 10am-2pm, with Army veteran, Rick Bell, who has been living off-grid for over 10 years.
An amazing opportunity to learn this comprehensive program with study worksheets to take home!

Hi Friends! Time-sensitive post - there is a veteran in need of a dog sitter due to a medical issue - the dog would need to be picked up in Bend - not positive of the length of care, but could be a few days. Small/med dog, old and friendly, gets along with other pets. Please reach out if you can help out!
