Finally finished the custom bumpers for , more then appreciate the oportunity to built something special for your Syncro (and for your patience).
I think they turned out spectacular, and fit the van very well!

This was a challenging project, to incorporate so many details, yet still have everything function well, and look good. I will say though, this is still very much a "form follows function" build at every turn.

One of the main focuses was to keep it as light as we could, yet still as strong as it can/needs to be.

This is every bit a HD offroad/overland bumper at heart, yet has some weight savings built into it, such as the aluminum top plates, tubular construction to be light, yet strong (some of which is semless DOM tubing in critical areas).

Some fun features, like the receiver mounted winch, allows front/rear placement, or removal when not needed.

All the swing outs are run on smooth greased taper bearings, and have some truly soild latches holding everything snug and rattle free.

These bumpers are ready to rock and roll!

The vario seat is such a wonderful upgrade to our vehicles for many reasons.
First,it makes the short commute a pleasure when it's cold out, with the heated seat option warming up first thing in the morning.
To the fully adjustable lumbar, bolsters, and seat base length to dial you in on the all day grind of a roadtrip.
Plus they really do support your whole body on the bumpy sections, alleviating alot of the steess and strain on the road/roads less travelled.

Here's a great example of the fitment and functionality in a VW Vanagon westfalia.

Another custom commissioned Vanagon dash upgrade, utilizing newest gauges, and doing a color matched brown milled faceplate to tie into the brown interior plastics ...nicely dialed in, simple and clean on this one!

I really love the Audi A8 forged alloy winter wheels on the T3 Syncro platform, they look right at home, and are very light, yet strong wheels.

We have a 225/75r16 on the silver van, and a 245/70r16 on the blue van.
...now time to go play in the snow!!
