Running for office is no easy task. If you want regular folks to represent you, then support regular folks when they run in your town, in your region, in your state.

I'm grateful to all the volunteers helping me, the over 400 individual donors who contributed, to the supporters writing to the newspapers, to the folks bringing yard signs to their neighborhood, to the friends texting friends to vote 4 Sabbadini.

This is what democracy looks like!

It's your choice. It's your right. It's your responsibility.

Oregon ballots will be mailed at the end of April. Unlike prior years, postmarking by election day is not sufficient -- ballots must be received by election day now.

I will be using my local ballot drop box to exercise my right, my responsibility.

We the people, by the people.

Thank you to the 400+ individual donors who contributed to my grassroots campaign to improve representation in Deschutes County!

Together we raised over $82,000 to support my run for Seat 3!

No dark money. No gray money. Just people who trust me to be a responsible and responsive County Commissioner.

Yes, I do wash this shirt in between door knocking sessions 😎 I am in Sisters Country today.
🐴
Also, don’t worry if you aren’t registered with a political party — you still get to vote for any candidates you prefer in all four seats on the May ballot.
🪑
That’s because Deschutes County Commission races are now nonpartisan, making May a full election not a party primary.
🗳️
If any candidate wins 50% + 1 vote, it’s a win. No November runoff needed.

As of today, Oregon has reported 20 measles cases since the start of 2026. We encourage people to ensure they are protected against measles.

Measles is one of the most contagious diseases in the world, and it can be quite severe and even cause death.

The good news is that two doses of the measles, mumps and rubella (MMR) vaccine are 97% effective in preventing measles. Call a health care provider to learn more about becoming vaccinated.

Measles is spreading in Oregon. Watch this update to learn how measles spreads, symptoms to watch for and ways to protect yourself and your loved ones: https://ow.ly/6t0i50YLq1V
