Things are all connected. Nella and I both take this into consideration. Our work is always multidimensional in nature.
Energetic Healing is becoming a bigger part of what we do, even if it doesn’t come up during our work with people, we are always increasing the potency of our work by adding layers of intention and understanding to everything we do.

Nothing about what Nella and I do is standard. We have each lived very unique lives, dedicated to personal growth and healing, while navigating chronic health issues ourselves. This has given us both a concern for and a sensitivity to the suffering that can be a large part of being a human. We are passionate about sharing our lessons and skills to assist support others as they heal, grow, and continue becoming who they want to be.

An client in their eighties had been struggling with a feeling of tipping over forward for weeks before having a major fall. The fall caused a lot of pain in the right shoulder. We used NKT and some kinesiology tape to treat the shoulder- it was feeling dramatically better after this.
I still felt concerned about the reason for the fall. With a little detective work we discovered that one Psoas was overworking and inhibiting the other, and a quadriceps muscle was inhibiting a gluteus maximus muscle. After treating all of this the client felt much better. The tipping over feeling was gone and a hammer toe that routinely hurts quit hurting. She walks, stands, and moves differently now. The risk of a future fall has been reduced and her ability to enjoy moving in her body has been increased. 🥳

A client came to me with medial and lateral foot/ankle pain. This client had been given a diagnosis of tendonosis of the right peroneal tendon and was injected at the site. (outside of the ankle). The injections helped some but the ankle still behaved oddly.Tendonosis occurs when a tendon has constant or repetitive strain placed upon it. Using NKT we discovered that the right peroneal muscle had poor function and was under active. Strain anybody? The undeavtive peroneal was being caused by the left peroneal muscle being overactive. After releasing the left peroneal and activating the right, the foot felt better, the muscle tested strong, and walking felt much easier. Finding and treating the patterns responsible for altered muscular tension may be very useful when recovering from tendonosis.

A client presented with difficulty drawing a complete breath while indicating that the restriction felt high in her chest.
Using NKT we found her diaphragm was overworking for her re**us abdominus and both pectoralis minor muscles overworking for the rhomboids. After releasing the diaphragm and both pec minors we activated the abs and rhomboids. Deep breathing is now possible and the restriction seems to be gone.

This was a fun session.
This client had persistent hip pain on the right side. I found that her L Internal Abdominal Oblique was overworking for her R External Oblique. After releasing the IAO and activating the EAO her pain was almost gone but she still had a “pinch” in the back of her hip on heel strike. We found Her left Iliolumbar Ligament overworking for the right Iliolumbar ligament and inhibiting the Left Piriformis. After addressing the ligaments the piriformis was strong and the pain was gone!
