Our 2nd Annual Chili Bowl is officially in the books, and what an incredible day! Beautiful weather, 6 delicious chilis, and our very first blind tasting format made for the ultimate showdown.
A huge victory for The Bleu Rooster, who officially takes home the championship belt with Ol Grandpappy’s Country Chili! 🥇🔥
A massive thank you to all of our amazing food trucks for bringing their A-game and making this event so much fun, and to everyone who came out to taste and vote!
See you all next year for round 3! 🍻

The wait is OVER. One of our absolute favorite days of the entire year is finally here. Our 2nd Annual CHILI COOK-OFF is going down this Sunday, and we’re bringing full Sunday Funday energy.

Our 2nd Annual Chili Cookoff is back on September 27th, and the stakes are ridiculous. curbbq took home the belt last year and hasn't stopped bragging about it since. Now, every truck on the lot has spent 365 days plotting their revenge to sn**ch the title.
It’s a 100% blind taste test this year - you eat, you vote, someone walks away with the belt.

We just tapped our FIRST FRESH HOP of the season: Great Notion Brewing Fresh Hop Easy Lift, loaded with fresh Centennial hops.
And we’re keeping the Great Notion party rolling into the weekend.
This Saturday night from 5–8 PM, we’re helping them throw down for their 10-Year Anniversary right here at On Tap! We’re pouring 10 Beers for 10 Years - a killer lineup running the gamut from tart ales and decadent stouts to iconic IPAs (and yes, maybe another fresh hop 👀).
