I have been drawing, illustrating and designing as far back as I can remember. The daughter of an architect and a fashion designer, I have enough creative genes to fill a closet! My work experience began with a position as designer in a print shop setting in 1980. As 2025 comes to a close, I am looking forward to a year with more time for creative play and exploration. I want to try new mediums, new papers, new photos and new ways to share them.

So, this just happened! I had the pleasure and honor to work with a local author, Annie O'Connor, to illustrate her children's story quite recently. She and her husband Brian, have self-published the first round of copies and they are now printed and I am so excited to have a few in hand! It's a great little story with a good moral to it - aimed at 3-6 year olds. I'm really happy to have some grandchildren at the right age to share this with. If you're interested let me know. They are reasonably priced and I can get you connected.

Rainy Saturday musings:
Office dreaming for a new chair + exploring colors and palettes for inspiration = realizing that the chair I just saved to my inspiration board is somewhat close to this year's Pantone colors of the year. Conclusion: I am on trend!

My website is finally updated with new content and portfolio images. What a journey!
I chose to take this on myself as a research and learning process and in doing so, have multiplied my respect for web designers a thousand fold. You all are rock stars!
