Pine Mountain Ranch

Over the decades there have been many people passing thru our ranch. Some sit and stay for awhile, most move on to share stories with their loved ones about their time on a Buffalo and yak ranch. And then there are those few that arrive and are still active either on the ranch or in our lives. Our dear friend Dan showed up one day and stayed, hanging with Alan and doing fun stuff. Eventually he and his wife Shannon moved to their own property down the road and soon after their son was born. And they are still a part of the ranch. Last week Dan was in the excavator spending 2 days with Alan fixing irrigation and then over the weekend off with Loretta to Portland to pick up tractor parts and help her with a project.
Tragically on Saturday Dan experienced a life changing event when the helicopter he was in went down in Prineville. He is currently in ICU in critical condition. I am attaching the go fund me link for you to read and share, Shannon’s words explain the situation much better. Portland Farmers Market is open for business tomorrow. Hours are 8:30-2:00. Some vendors will be in different spots within the market so be sure a search them out.

We will also be at the Hollywood Farmers Market - Portland, Oregon on Saturday from 8:00-1:00 and

Sunday at the Hillsdale Farmers' Market from 9:00-1:00.

Seeking a part time self motivated individual to maintain the upkeep on our landscaping. Duties primarily include weeding and string trimming. Knowledge of drip irrigation is a plus, but we can teach you. This position is ideal for a retired person or someone that likes to work outside.
Approx 16-20 hours per week, depending on the season which ends in October. The ideal candidate will set their own days and hours, we work closely with you.
Knowledge of plants and weeds is helpful.
Located 6 miles east of Worthy Brewing on Highway 20.
Must have own transportation. Background checks are required.
