Boarding opening, available now. 12x12 stalls with 36’x12’ paddock with wood chips at night, turnout in individual grass paddocks with safe fencing during the day.

Full care includes twice daily orchard grass mix hay, daily grass turnout, 1 lb Equine Senior, Horse Guard, salt block. Stalls cleaned daily. Heated waterers in the winter.

Wash rack with hot water, heated bathroom, heated rack room, refrigerator for carrots. Round pen for groundwork. Low level blanketing for severe weather and/or fly sheets included as well.

We *do not* have an arena and our insurance does not allow riding on the property so this situation is best for a retired or young horse or someone who hauls out for trail rides, etc. Well-behaved horses only as our whole family participates in their care.

We have a few extra tons of our 2024 second cutting available in case anyone needs a bit more to get through til first cutting. It is a grass mix with bluegrass being the predominant species. Barn stored, put up very well.

We have a boarding spot opening up! 12x12 stall with run and daily grass turnout, or full time grass turnout if preferred. Most suitable for a retired horse as we don’t have an arena. Full care with high quality orchard grass hay, 1-2 lbs. Equine Senior and 2 oz Horse Guard included in price. Other amenities include a wash rack with heated water, bathroom, and heated tack room. Long term boarder preferred and horses must be safe and good citizens.
