A frozen outdoor faucet or a cracked sprinkler line is one of the most common spring surprises. A little time this weekend can prevent both.

MOVE FIXTURES BEFORE THE WALLS CLOSE
Rough-in is the easiest point to change where a toilet, sink, or shower goes. After drywall and tile, the same change means opening finished surfaces.

The Snider barn is really taking shape. Exterior siding’s done thanks to NW Premium Construction, and Foster’s Framing knocked out the deck and handrail. Inside, drywall’s primed up and we’re rolling paint through the great room now.
Still a shell, but you can see it coming together. 🏗️
