If you’re like me, you’ve lost a lot of respect for some of the men in your community because of the way they speak about and the things they post about VP Harris. As women, we deserve better. We must demand better.

More than once in my life I’ve been taken under the wing of a ‘childless woman’ who mentored, loved, and helped me become a better version of myself. I’ll always be grateful. Someone doesn’t need to have a child to make a lifelong impact on the lives of people in their community.

Get registered to vote in Alabama before October 21st. This election is too important to sit on the sidelines!

Remember when you vote. Bans off our bodies! IVF Is essential. Embryos are not people. Abortion is healthcare. . If you know someone who has had a ‘DNC’, you know someone who’s had an abortion. These laws are cruel and inhumane. Legislators have no right to make these decisions. Alabama proves time and time again that there is nothing Christ-like about this place, by refusing to expand Medicaid, take care of the poor, welcome outsiders and treating women with unimaginable cruelty… but they sure do like to use the name of Jesus. Jesus would be absolutely disgusted and this would be his first stop to flip tables.

Register to vote by February 19th! Don’t listen to those that tell you your vote doesn’t matter. IT DOES! And the more of us that vote, the more power we have as a people.

We had a great time at the Boom Boom with our Troop. I have a whole new appreciation for how incredible and vital the Girl Scouts are now that I’m a proud Mom of a GS and volunteer. Happy Mardi Gras y’all!
