This 6061 aluminum gearbox component came to us with had no CAD model, no print, and no documentation and tight tolerances. We reverse engineered the part, created a full model, and machined new units to exact specs.

A customer had an unusually wide hitch on their vehicle. We machined an extended hitch pin so that their lock would work.
