something i’ve been learning more about lately 🌙🌿

as a holistic esthetician, i’ve become really passionate about understanding how much our skin + body are connected to what’s happening internally.

our period isn’t just the few days that we bleed. we actually go through different phases throughout our entire cycle, and each phase comes with different hormonal changes, energy levels, cravings, moods, and needs from our body.

that’s why i’ve been really interested in cycle syncing + supporting my body with herbs during each phase 🤍
