Choice One Builders

At Choice One Builders, we strive to build every home with special features that reflect the very best of the Pacific Northwest. Building in Central Oregon since 2005, our years of knowledge and experience ensure that our homes showcase proven construction standards. Yet, while meeting our clients’ specifications, we look to pioneer new industry innovations. And with a Choice One home, what most builders call “upgrades,” we provide as part of our standard home finishes, without add-on costs. Choice One takes pride in building strong relationships while building dream spaces. We partner with a dedicated, trusted network of subcontractors and suppliers. Using state-of-the-art project management technology, Choice One ensures that each production or custom home is completed on schedule, within scope, and beyond expectations – knowing that the best homes are built with quality, integrity, and craftsmanship. Our development company was founded and is operated by husband and wife team, Scott and Karrie Bomstad. Scott and Karrie reside in beautiful Bend, Oregon with their family and are committed to building homes with uncompromising quality. Scott provides daily, on-site, hands-on construction management for every project. Karrie brings the added benefit of interior design expertise to manage the selection of tiles, paint and everything in between. Together, their vision is to provide the most dynamic and integrated home building experience in the Pacific Northwest. From start to finish, at Choice One, we know the difference is in the details.
