Our development company was founded and is operated by husband and wife team, Scott and Karrie Bomstad. Scott and Karrie reside in beautiful Bend, Oregon with their family and are committed to building homes with uncompromising quality. Scott provides daily, on-site, hands-on construction management for every project. Karrie brings the added benefit of interior design expertise to manage the selection of tiles, paint and everything in between. Together, their vision is to provide the most dynamic and integrated home building experience in the Pacific Northwest. From start to finish, at Choice One, we know the difference is in the details.
