Graphic Design company seeking an office assistant. The unique position is full- time position with A LOT of room to grow.

Current duties:

• Answer phones and talk with clients, vendors, and staff

• Work with customers and assist with any issues or complaints that come up

• Daily email correspondence with clients and responses to inquiries

• Ship items via UPS/FEDEX- may need to take them to their locations

• Ordering supplies from vendors and maintaining stock

• Enter deposits and taking them to the bank; as well as maintaining accounts payable

• Generating work orders, then converting them to invoices, take payments via phone or in person

• Help facilitate job progress

Other general office administrative duties include (but not limited to):
Cleaning the office and shop area, vacuuming, emptying trash, cleaning and organizing desk(s), vinyl and shelves, sweeping/mopping, cleaning refrigerator/microwave, etc. (Maintaining cleanliness throughout shop)

Again, as I mentioned this is a unique position that would give you the ability to grow into working with design programs, designing with customers, printing, and more.

The front office assistant must have great customer service skills as they are responsible for welcoming and directing customers and callers. This position represents Our Company and is the first point of contact for visitors and callers, therefore requires a high degree of professionalism and positive engagement. This role also requires a high level of attention to detail and flexibility.

Experience with Quickbooks is a bonus but will train.

Hours: Monday thru Thursday 7:00 am -5:00 pm, Friday 8:00am -12:00pm; 5 paid holidays, HRA program, and paid vacation (will be discussed at the time of interview)
