Our cattle spend the majority of their lives grazing on grass—fresh pasture during the growing season, and on hay throughout the winter. 🌱
For the final ~120 days, while they are grazing, we introduce crushed barley to gently finish them. This supports the development of rich marbling, tenderness, and flavor you expect in your cuts—while still staying true to their pasture-raised foundation. 🥩
Our goal with our beef is simple and from the best of both worlds:
✔️ Raise animals slowly and naturally on pasture
✔️ Finish with intention for better flavor and quality
✔️ Provide beef that’s both nutrient-dense and enjoyable to eat

A ¼ beef typically gives you around 100–125 lbs of beef — a mix of steaks, roasts, ribs, ground beef, and more — and fits in about 4.5–5.5 cubic feet of freezer space.
When you buy a share- you receive a variety of amazing cuts to cook with, it’s raised right- on grass and finished with grass & grain and you get local beef from a farmer near you!
