Are you an adventurous grown-up who’s often described as a big kid? Do you enjoy being outside, getting a little dirty, exploring, laughing, and embracing a healthy amount of chaos?

Our wildly adventurous crew of slightly free-range, occasionally feral little humans is looking for an awesome adult to join us!

We’re an outdoor, adventure-based early childhood program looking for someone who can facilitate play, encourage exploration, keep kids safe, and genuinely enjoy spending their days outside with children.

This could be an especially great fit for a college student looking for a flexible schedule, meaningful work, and excellent work-life balance.

🏡 ISO Rental Home for Residence & Small Nature-Based Preschool

We are looking for a rental home in the east Bend area with at least 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a large, usable outdoor space. A farm or small-acreage setup would be ideal!

The home would serve as both our residence and the location of our small, private, licensed nature- and outdoor-based preschool.

Benefits for the property owner include:

* Reliable, long-term tenants with consistent business income
* A higher negotiated rent to account for the property’s dual use
* A licensed and insured program that follows state safety requirements
