Fishhouse Design Studio

Fishhouse Design Studio turns 4 today! What started as a fun idea after finishing my own remodel turned into something so much bigger than I ever imagined. I’m just back from a two-week vacation, catching up on all the things—but of course I had to mark the occasion with a sprinkle donut and a little moment to celebrate this milestone. Grateful doesn’t even begin to cover it. 
 

We leaned into natural textures, earthy tones, and organic materials to breathe new life into every room. No space was left untouched—and the result is a home that feels warm, intentional, and beautifully lived-in.

Summer is basically here, which means it’s time to pretend we’re totally fine working indoors while everyone else is at the river. At least this bathroom’s giving spa day energy—even if it’s just a quick rinse before getting back to the to-do list.

Sun’s out, snacks out. ☀️🍓 With the farmers market back in full swing, this kitchen is ready for all the fresh finds, weekend meal preps (or just really pretty produce displays). Designed for good food, good vibes, and maybe a dance party or two.

Totally wiped from the COBA show last weekend (worth it!), but we’re back to our regular design-filled schedule. Had the best time talking all things home and meeting so many great people—now it’s time to dive back into our projects. Let’s do this!

Spring has finally sprung in Bend and we’re not mad about it. Sunny mornings, fresh leaves, and that golden light streaming in—yes please. Time to open the windows, sip something warm, and pretend our to-do list doesn’t exist (just for a minute).
