In this workshop we will:

Encourage play by trying something new together which can reignite excitement and invigorate your relationship.

Paint a canvas and get creative - creative thinking and problem solving lends itself to a deeper connection.

Engage in mindful listening as your partner shares their thoughts and experiences.

Be introduced to Imago Relationship Theory and learn and practice the key element of “Mirroring.”

Leave with a one of a kind painting and experience.

Numerology, the ancient mystical practice of assigning meaning and significance to numbers, extends its influence beyond numbers themselves. It also encompasses colors, which are believed to carry distinct vibrations and energies that can impact our lives.

In this illuminating workshop, you will learn how to unlock the numerical power of your birthdate by the guidance of Krista Lynn. Through the birth date, we will explore how these numerical vibrations can reveal one’s life path, personal year, inner strengths and future tendencies.

After the exploration of your personal numbers, Elissa will uncover the lucky colors associated with the numbers that are unique to you. A blank canvas and paintbrush will be provided to paint the number of your life path and embellish upon the knowledge gained.

✨ Have you Heard?!? ✨ just launched their first mental health career Barbie as an ART THERAPIST!!! 💥

There is quite a bit of talk within our profession on how they missed the design mark and how they could have made her more realistic. In pure Art Therapist spirit we are cutting and coloring her hair, adding pigment to her skin, creating funkier clothes, giving her better props and adding some weight to her.

I’ve been an Art Therapist for 20 years and spent the first 15 explaining to everyone what we do. To have an Art Therapist displayed on shelves through feels like a win. I’m not sure if I am going to change her looks just yet. Right now I’m going to spend some time with her and since she is so new… I’ll explain to her what we do! 😉

That’s us! In the mountains of Vermont, with very little snow, but we still managed to squeak in some great skiing days. Skiing feels restorative to me. The laser focus on one thing, the repetitive motion, the discovery of incredible scenery, the speed, some discomfort (at times) and the disconnect from social media. In many ways it feels like painting. This trip gave me the space needed to reflect and time to consider the year ahead.

It's been a two year search and we are FINALLY moving!!!

THANK YOU...to this beautiful, creative, community for helping us find our new home for the next FOUR years! YOU led us here! Thank you for your countless early morning, late night texts, emails, phone numbers, pictures of vacant spaces and word of mouth sharing that got us this connection. IT IS HAPPENING!

Come September 1st we will have ONE location with more than double the amount of space to comfortably house all the groups and workshops our hearts desire! I have SO MANY ideas! Do you???

A big thank you to my family, who were also an integral part of this search by coming with me to every single potential space before and after every pick up and drop off you can imagine. When my son said, "This is cozy" and my daughter said, "This is the one." I knew we were complete.
