One word: WOW. To win the silver award for best custom home builder in Whatcom county, as presented by Bellingham Alive and voted on by the community, is a true privilege.

Seriously good stuff and thanks to everyone who voted. We really appreciate it. Our goal moving forward in our 70th year is to continue serving the community by building homes we can all be proud of.

And to be mentioned with Highline Construction and Chuckanut Builders? That's doubly sweet and hat tip to all. Salud!

A gorgeous day in the neighborhood was had by all…

This picture pretty much sums up the most amazing Rock at Rock Hill Park event this last Saturday. The turn-out and vibe was truly wonderful - and over 250+ neighbors attended. Thanks to everyone for all their hard work.

We must give a HUGE thanks to Whatcom Community Foundation and their Neighborly Grant, which in large part made this event possible. This helped pay for the bands, the bathroom facilities, and a lot of various other picnic items (hot dog, anyone?)

And to A1DesignBuild - which facilitated the grant. A true act of generosity.

Onward - and keep your eyes open for the Horse Carriage + Caroling event this December. Much merriment shall be had by all.
