Hot yoga classes commonly fall somewhere around 90–105°F (32–41°C), depending on the style of practice.

Our Cove Heater and Ceramic Ceiling Heater can heat studios to well over 100°F (38°C), while the heaters themselves can reach surface temperatures of up to 425°F (218°C). So whether you're creating a warm yoga environment or turning up the heat for a hot class, our infrared heaters are built to handle it. 🔥

Infrared heat isn’t something to be afraid of.

Yes, infrared heat is safe, but like any source of heat, it’s all about the right application.

Infrared is non-ionizing radiation, meaning it doesn’t have enough energy to ionize atoms or molecules 🤓 Instead, the energy is absorbed as heat, which is what allows infrared heaters to warm people and surfaces directly. It’s a form of radiant heat that can be safely used when the system is properly designed and operated.

The simple answer is No.

Studio size, ceiling height and type, insulation, windows, climate, occupancy, and your target temperature all play a role in finding the right heating solution. Every space has different requirements, so a one-size-fits-all approach rarely delivers the best results.
