Burn the Box
Burn the Box is thoroughly based around the idea that media production can be sold and produced at a local homegrown level.
Filmmaking for abnormal normal people, by abnormal normal people.

It's been a week and...we're still feeling the love from the premiere! We are so grateful for for hosting us and sparking engaging conversations around food justice.
To everyone who was able to make the screening — THANK YOU! Your support for the film was palpable and we could not be more appreciative.
If you weren't able to make the screening, don't fret! We have plans to hold future screenings so stay posted for that.
A HUGE thank you to for the lovely pics.

This Sunday (11/24) our film and friends from Bellingham Food Bank will be hosted at the Pickford Film Center. Following the screening there will be a panel. Please stick around and ask questions! This film is a conversation starter, a spark, a catalyst for systemic change.
Food is a universal need, yet many can't afford to feed themselves. This is a great chance for you to meet people that are working every single day to make food accessible to everyone. And if you have the means, support that effort.
See you at the movies!

Highlights from the past few months. Recently every one of us at Burn The Box has gone full time in working on this business. It's a bit of a scary time but also one that is filled with a lot of feelings of confidence and empowerment. To be able to do this kind of work as a career is such a blessing and we feel very lucky to be doing it.
That said this will be a season of hustling and bustling for all of us at Burn The Box and if you're looking for photo, film or web design work we'd be more than happy to help you!

Some of our favorites from Madrona Grove 2! It's a privilege to be able to put on our own shows as well as have incredible local acts play at them. Thank you for helping us continue this yearly festival.
Missed the show? Look for a recording of the performance on our YouTube channel tomorrow! The link will be in our bio.

Where is Burn the Box these days? What are they up to? When will they once again grace our feeds and hearts with their sweet, sweet content?
Many have been asking this very important question. Well wonder no more! After a year of quietly building the foundation of our company and working with many wonderful clients, we’re officially online baby! We’re gonna be posting a lot throughout our second year of operation and we’re all really excited to take you guys along for the ride. We’ve still got a lot of building to do and this is going to be a super eventful year for our collective. Hoping to make a lot of friends along the way and build community alongside the company.
If you’re here right now, you’re one of the OGs. And you are dearly loved. Year 2 of BTB, here we come!
