Great pumpkin patch day!

It’s so nice when that perfect spot comes up for a client and I get the opportunity to guide them through the buying process. This one had some hurdles, but luckily my client was amazing and really wanted this home.

Once again, I’m not one to toot my own horn too much, so I will let some of my clients do it for me.

Beau is sad to be home now without a stable of four wheelers to ride. -yes helmets were worn. Sunscreen was applied. Speed limits were adhered to 😉

Such a good time hanging out in the sun with my two favorite people. Back to Bellingham now though and some real-estating. (Yes, that’s a term)

Finally getting around to posting some of my client reviews. I’m not great at bragging about myself, so I will just let my clients do the talking.

Happy Mother’s Day Tawn Tawn. 😘 Beau is so lucky to have such an amazing thoughtful mom, and I am lucky to have the best parent role model and partner.
