My daily routine starts with:

10 affirmations
10 gratitudes
10 minutes of exercise
10 minutes of meditation
10 minutes of education
10 pages of reading

I am blown away to be recognized buy a national group for the success that we have achieved at the Only Homes Team.

Just 6 short years ago I was ready to quit the career that I love so much because I was beat up, beat down had some what seemed like insurmountable set backs.

And by the grace of God and some butt kicking from Michelle Monique Socha I decided to give it one more try.

Thankfully I did.

The moral of the story is “Never quit” even when the odds are against you.

One more try just may be the breakthrough you are looking for.

Home inspection day. I just love the warmth of this kitchen. It’s a great spot to sit & sip my coffee.

It took 2 years to create these two lots. Fortunately if we had tried to create these lots today they would’ve been much smaller. Probably would’ve been 4 lots.
