Week 1 of Athletic Performance Camp is in the books!
This week we established baseline measurements for strength, speed, power, and conditioning. These numbers will be retested at the end of the summer to measure each athlete’s progress and development.

What a great way to kick off our M*F Athletic Performance Summer Camp!
Today was all about establishing a baseline, learning expectations, and getting to work. These young athletes showed up ready to compete, push themselves, and begin building the habits that lead to success both on and off the field.

This morning, our crew showed up early, put in the work, and honored the sacrifice behind the workout. Some completed it RX, some scaled it, but everyone earned it.
