Afternoon and Morning Fitness Classes Just Added!
Afternoon - Monday & Wednesday 4-4:30pm
Morning - Tuesday & Thursday 5:30-6am
Cardio Core / Cardio Kickboxing
This 30 minute class will give you what you're looking for out of your workout! With time dedicated to cardio moves, core strengthening and kickboxing you’ll be sure to get a full body workout. Classic aerobic style workout to give your day a little more oomph. (with beginner, intermediate and advanced moved for each routine)
Bodyweight Bootcamp / Body Blast
This 30 minute class will give you a total body workout through circuit training, HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training), bodyweight exercises, resistance training, plyometrics, and more. Classes are often “Team” based and all fitness levels are welcome. (with beginner, intermediate and advanced moved for each routine)
