The Baton Rouge Division of the United States Naval Sea Cadet Corps is dedicated to developing confident, responsible young leaders through hands-on training, discipline, teamwork, and service. Serving Baton Rouge and surrounding parishes, our program offers youth ages 10–17 opportunities in leadership development, fitness, seamanship, STEM, aviation exposure, safety training, and community service.

Our Cadets along with Cadets from every unit in the state enjoyed an amazing experience and opportunity of service at the Thunder over Louisiana Air Show at Chennault International Airport in Lake Charles, LA.
Cadets and visitors were able to view static displays of several various types of aircraft from vintage to modern platforms.
In addition the appearance and demonstrated abilities of the U.S. Navy Blue Angels provided Cadets and visitors memories to last a lifetime.
