Some before and after shots of a job we recently did. The house sits in the middle of 40 acres and had a massive heat build up due to lack of trees and concrete patios.
We installed new vinyl windows with Cardinal LowE340 heat reflecting glass. It brings heat reduction to a whole different level over standard and other high performance LowE coatings.
Blue tinting with:
80% heat blockage
98% UV blockage

Spent today changing out 50 year old church windows that were originally sourced thru Quality Metal Products and glazed by my father in the late 1970’s.

Spring update.

Southdown Subdivision. Wood windows in cinderblock.
Replaced the wood sash windows and capped all exposed wood. Waiting for fresh paint on the cinder lock to complete the job!!

Jalousie windows replaced in Villa Del Ray subdivision using energy efficient vinyl windows.

Shenandoah Subdivision.
Original windows have fogged and broken glass. Changed out with energy efficient vinyl windows.
