This is Stephen! He’s never met a stranger, he’s a die hard LSU fan, a jokester and loves Jesus! If Stephen is here, you can pretty much guarantee there’s going to be a good conversation had and probably a few belly laughs!

Stephen absolutely loves hanging out with his friends and family, being a part of the Christmas play at his church every year, coaching flag football and going to the zoo!

Here at Stir, Stephen loves greeting our customers, talking with them about their interests, and sharing what his latest hobbies are. His favorite thing to do is pass out drinks to customers and check on them while they hang out in the coffee shop. He also loves unleashing his inner artist by drawing on our water cups. 🎨

And then there’s his love for his frozen hot chocolate!🥤He gets a frozen hot chocolate with whip cream once a week and that’ll be the one drink he will say that’s the one drink he knows everyone will love if they would just give it a try!! He’s also a huge Disney fan and would go as often as he could if he had the chance. Anytime LSU comes up, you can count on hearing him say “GEAUX TIGERS!” 🐅 and when you’ve gotten your drink, you’ll hear a kind “God Bless You.” ❤️ on your way out the door.

Stephen is also a huge Elvis Presley fan and has the moves and voice to prove it! He’s amazing at voice impressions. Some of his best include Mickey, Elvis, Goofy, Donald Duck, and even old cartoon sound effects. 😂

But what we love most about Stephen is the way he wants everyone to join in on being happy with him. He has a gift for making people feel welcome, included, and loved. Whether he’s greeting you at the door, bringing you your drink, showing you his latest drawing, or sharing one of his impressions, Stephen wants you to be part of the fun.

We absolutely love having Stephen here at Stir. He brings so much joy, energy, and kindness with him, and we are so thankful he’s part of our team. ❤️

Meet Caroline! ❤️ This girl can make a mean Cinnaswirl Latte (it’s her favorite drink btw) and she can do our mid-day checklist with her eyes closed.

Caroline enjoys running the Eversys and making lattes super tasty. She’s helpful when it comes to making our batched cold brew and she has a move or two ready to go whenever a song she really loves comes on unexpectedly. 💃🏼💃

She’s quick-witted, hardworking, and has grown immensely since joining us at Stir. In her spare time, Caroline fences! ⚔️ She’s been fencing for a year and really enjoys learning the different parries she can use to block an attack (for those of us who aren’t fencers). Her ultimate dream job is to be a “master strategist” in the fencing world!

Caroline has been with us since the day we opened, and during her time at Stir, she’s discovered that she can do more than she ever thought she could. She’s shared that she has more confidence in herself now than ever before and we feel so incredibly proud of Caroline’s accomplishments. We can’t explain in words how excited we are to continue to watch her grow, right alongside the rest of us!

This is Alex! The pun-filled, DND-orchestrating, shift-leading, house-drip-drinking, busy bee who can make just about everyone chuckle. ☕️🎲😂

Alex spends most of his time behind the register but fills just about every role both in front of and behind the bar here at Stir. As our newest Shift Lead, his willingness to help his coworkers, his desire to learn more about espresso, and the way he cares for our customers are just a few of the things that make him so important.

Alex’s dream job is to work in pediatric prosthetic programming, where he can help children move, play, and have more independence. We love that this dream comes from a place of understanding. Alex knows what it feels like to face physical challenges, and he wants to help children experience more freedom, independence and new possibilities through prosthetics.

And then there’s his love for our drip coffee… 😂 Alex drinks a large cup (with vanilla and milk) while he’s clocked in and when he’s at home, you can find him brewing a pot to drink on all day while planning DND campaigns, playing games and relaxing. He buys a bag of beans at least once a month to keep the coffee flowing! ☕️☕️

Whether Alex is making a drink recommendation, helping a coworker, or dropping a perfectly timed pun, he is a part of what makes Stir Coffee House so great. We are so incredibly fortunate to have him on our team. ⭐️

This is Morris! The joy that you feel coming from this first video is palatable when you walk in Stir while Morris is here. ☺️ His joy and kindness have a way of making any day better.

Morris loves dancing to “Beat It” by Michael Jackson 🎶 🕺🏾and you’ll often find him bringing that same energy to his work at Stir. His favorite thing to do while working is greeting all of the customers as they walk in, cleaning tables and making the bathroom shine! ✨ As Morris says, “I come to work and the tables get full, then I clean with towels and I do a good job.” And he absolutely does!!

But his VERY favorite thing to do while at work is talk to all of his friends and draw artwork on water cups to give to customers. 🎨

Morris also loves going to football games to watch the band play and Christmas is his favorite holiday because, as he says, “It’s fun and I get presents by a tree.”

Morris is full of smiles, high fives and hugs for anyone willing and open for one. 😊 His joy reminds us here at Stir to appreciate the little things and for that alone, we are so incredibly lucky to have him as part of our Stir family.

This is Joseph! Don’t let that scowl fool you!!! 😂 He is very kind, caring, and has jokes for days!

Joseph enjoys video games, music, and movies. He likes the “simple things,” as he always says. He enjoys playing DND with his friends and his favorite food is chicken parmesan. He likes long walks on the beach (that’s a joke 🤣) and he obviously loves pizza because who doesn’t?!

One of his nicknames is Queso King because he makes the best queso around! We’ve all tried it here at Stir, and we can vouch that it’s delicious! 🧀

Joseph’s favorite thing about working at Stir is talking to customers and coworkers AND the money, of course! 🤣 Oh! And he loves that he gets a free drink every shift!

He enjoys being on the syrup station, or “being the middle man,” as he likes to call it. He preps the drinks to be completed and enjoys being here and filling in at all the stations whereever he’s needed.
