The Alliance team attended the Pelican Chapter, Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) ICC/Membership Breakfast this morning, joined by team members from Gulf Coast Occupational Medicine. The breakfast featured the latest updates on Meta's workforce plans and developments shaping Louisiana.

With major investments and continued growth across the state, staying informed helps us better understand what's ahead for Louisiana's workforce and the industries we serve.

A great day was had at the Ascension Chamber of Commerce Golf Tournament yesterday! ⛳

Alliance team members Evan Mativi and Austin McInnis teamed up with Moore Industries' Mike Braud and E3 Environmental's Wayne Ferguson on the course, while Lucy Blanchard spent time with our members and partners.

A great day supporting a great cause at Baker Construction's 24th Annual Scouting America Sporting Clay Classic!

Alliance team member Evan Mativi and Tyler Brockman with Martin Industrial Contracting Services joined industry colleagues for some friendly competition, while supporting Scouting America. Its mission is to help young people build character, leadership skills, and confidence.

Today's Women in Industry Forum, hosted by the Greater Baton Rouge Industry Alliance (GBRIA), brought together high school junior and senior girls interested in STEM and industrial careers with women from across the industry for hands-on activities, discussion, and mentorship.

Alliance President & CEO Kathy Trahan served as a mentor, sharing her experience and perspective with students, while Meagan Kohls represented Alliance and connected with students throughout the event.

As an organization dedicated to supporting a strong, prepared workforce, Alliance is proud to help connect students with the people and career pathways that can shape the future of industry.

Kathy Trahan, Alex Arceneaux, Hillary Sutton and Lucy Blanchard proudly represented Alliance today at the Greater Baton Rouge Economic Partnership's Annual Meeting.

Alliance is proud to be taking part in the LAMP Golf Tournament in Lake Charles, LA, today alongside members and partners of the Louisiana Chemistry Association (LCA)/LCIA. ⛳

Meagan Kohls will be greeting golfers at tent #4 while Evan Mativi, Austin McInnis, Nathan Folse and Marc Johnson hit the course.

A great day, good food and plenty of Louisiana spirit at the Westlake Plaquemine Jambalaya Cookoff!

Alliance was proud to support the event as the hydration station, keeping attendees refreshed with plenty of water and electrolytes. Lucy Blanchard represented Alliance and was glad to be part of the action, helping keep cookoff attendees hydrated along the way.

This week, safety professionals gathered at McNeese State University's LNG Center of Excellence in Lake Charles, LA, for OSHA #510 Occupational Safety and Health Standards for Construction, led by Alliance instructor Michael Perkins.

The course provides an in-depth look at OSHA standards, policies and procedures for the construction industry, and their application on the jobsite.
