To the week after my last contest in 2018. Photo shoot with Here I weighed just shy of 200lbs and had a contest stage weight of 192lbs.

Thanks to everyone for the continued support… with your help I was able to make the top 15. Now on to the top 10!

Killing the garage training! Chasing that leg pump… back up to 275lbs for 15 today… starting to feel easy again.

I have been looking back over clients progress this week and came across these photos of Job. About 2 years diff and over 20lbs of muscle gain all by way of hard work, consistency and getting back up after going through struggle. Ex*****on doesn’t always come by way of choosing to do it or not, but by trusting into the proven process you are following. This is one particular example of many that have made great strides without needing to use any excessive supplements.
