As we celebrate 50 years of legacy, lessons, and excellence, we asked Catherine Threats what she learned from being a part of the historic KY Track Club. 💙💛

She shared:

1. Be fearless and understand the power of simply trying. Sometimes the biggest growth comes from taking the first step, even when you’re unsure.
2. There is real power in asking for help. Community, mentorship, and support are part of the journey and no one succeeds alone.

For 50 years, KY Track Club has been building student-athletes who excel academically and achieve globally, and we can’t wait to celebrate this milestone with you!

For 50 years, KY Track Club has been more than a team. It’s been a pipeline for discipline, opportunity, and legacy.

Katrina Taylor is that legacy in motion.

From her early days with KY Track Club to Baton Rouge Magnet High School, and on to Baylor University, she didn’t just compete. She excelled.

• All-American (4x400 Relay)
• Big 12 Champion (4x400 Relay)
• All-Big 12 honoree (400m & relays)

Now, she’s pouring back into the same community that poured into her, helping shape the next generation of student-athletes on and off the track.
