🤝Coleman’s favorite part of the job is simple: helping people find their perfect next home. He’s a pro at understanding situations and finding the best solution for everyone!
His teammates describe him in three words: Caring, Helpful, and Understanding. (Basically, the guy you always want in your corner!)
🕺Most people don't know that Coleman is a Professional Dancer! When he’s not at work, he loves spending his days off taking his daughter to the park. 🎡 He also comes from a big family—he has 5 sisters! 👯‍♀️
If he could have any superpower, it would be flying—mostly so he could save on gas money and visit every MLB stadium. (Honestly, same.)✈️⚾️

Join us in celebrating another amazing member of our team! Meet Amanda, our Inventory Specialist who is coming up on her one-year anniversary with us! 🎈
📋✅Amanda loves that every single day is different! She keeps things moving and shaking with her top-tier organizational skills.
If she were a movie character, she’d be Rizzo from Grease—because she’s tough on the outside, soft on the inside, and honestly, who wouldn’t want to be a Pink Lady?
Speaking of movies, Amanda once worked on a movie set where she met Zoe Kravitz and Emile Hirsch. Talk about a cool claim to fame! 🎬⭐
On her days off, you’ll find her hanging out with her son—usually on the baseball field ⚾—or heading out to find the best fishing spot. 🎣
✈️🇮🇹 If she had one superpower, it would be flight so she could travel the world! First stop on the bucket list? Italy! (Have room for a plus 1?)

Last week, we traded the office for the field for a day of team bonding and tournament-style games. While the Tug of War and Limbo were definitely highlights, the real win was seeing everyone come together, laugh, and support one another as a team.

Katie’s secret weapons are her amazing communication skills and her calm demeanor. Whether she’s solving a puzzle or helping a neighbor, she keeps things smooth and stress-free! 🧘‍♀️

Say hello to Jennifer, our Renewal Specialist and Onsite Coordinator for Canterbury House Apartments. Jennifer has been part of the family for an incredible 13.5 years, and we couldn't imagine the place without her. 🏠
❤️Jennifer loves hearing that our residents are happy! She recognizes the importance of enjoying where you live and appreciates the effort of our teams that lead to a renewal on her desk!
🌏 Fun fact alert! Jennifer lived in Istanbul, Turkey, for 8 years and is fluent in Turkish.

When she’s not busy making Canterbury House feel like home and helping keep our residents with us, she’s educating herself on functional medicine, tackling home projects, or dreaming of her bucket-list goal: living in the mountains! 🏔️

In honor of Martin Luther King Jr. Day, our office will be closed tomorrow, January 19th, as we reflect on his message of unity and service. We will resume normal hours on Tuesday January 20th
