Just watch Joe Exotic on already! What are you doing... don't wait, just do it. Do it already, like right now. You're stuck at home anyway, so do it.

Long post incoming! While working from home last week due to the corona virus, I figured there's no better time than now to start a new training cycle. Most of you know (and if you didn't , surprise!) I’ve been dealing with pneumonia for about a month and a half now. I initially thought my 103 fever & body aches were a sign of the flu, but it actually turned out to be worse. While fighting pneumonia, I also was prepping to put on my very first meet as a meet director at LSU. Since being diagnosed, the pneumonia (along with adult responsibilities) has caused an enormous drain on me mentally, physically, and psychologically. With yesterday being my first day back on a program, I cannot even begin to explain how happy I am to be back in the gym. Barring any setbacks in the coming weeks, I plan to catalogue my workouts here on Instagram and on our website (link in bio) so be sure to follow to stay up to date.
As I continue to recover, I can’t help being worried about getting exposed to someone infected with the corona virus. With my immune system still in a weakened state, I have to be 10x more careful. Even if you don’t think you’re sick, please stay home if you can. This isn’t just for your safety, but also for the safety of those that cannot afford to work from home or may be dealing with other medical issues. Dominate social distancing💪🏾
