Sitting above the sea at the old Venetian castle in Naousa, I had one of those moments where life felt completely aligned.

This is what free will feels like to me…
bringing my crystal bowls wherever my heart calls me to go. 🌊✨

To places with stories.
To places with energy.
To places where the wind, the waves, and the frequencies all seem to speak the same language.

The castle I’m on was originally built by the Venetians between the 13th- 15th centuries to protect the harbor from pirate attacks, and parts of it now rest beneath the sea- but still standing after centuries of storms, change, and time. 

And somehow, playing my bowls here with these views over the Aegean felt like honoring both freedom and history at the same time.

A reminder that we are allowed to choose a life that feels beautiful to us. 💜
