Attention all former brides and vendors! I need your help! Since the day I started Prim and Proper I have really struggled with keeping up with social media. I don’t really use it in my personal life so using it in my professional life does not come naturally. Another reason is that I AM A TERRIBLE PHOTOGRAPHER. I forget to take pictures and when I do... no amount of editing can make them look like a toddler didn’t take them. I have worked with so many awesome ladies and don’t have a single picture of what we created together! That being said, if I have never posted pictures from your wedding or a wedding that we did together it’s probably because I never saw them! Please send them over!! Help a sista out!! I’d love to see them and it would be so so helpful!

Okay I’m gunna just come right out and say it. My bridal bouquet is my favorite bridal bouquet ever in the history of bridal bouquets! Making my own bouquet was a bit of a struggle, but she came out perfect!

2018 was the best year of my life. I married the cutest man that ever lived! We bought a house, we got a new car, we lived and laughed and loved hard! Prim and Proper is still going strong and continues to be my favorite outlet for my creativity! I don’t know if 2019 can compete with 2018, but we’re ready and excited for anything this new year brings!

Turns out that I found a man to marry just in time to avoid some major mix-ups! This month I made this bouquet for my cousin’s bride, Ainsley! I got my new name just a few weeks before she took my maiden name on and made it her own! Welcome to our family, sweet Ainsley M. LaHaye from Ainsley LaHaye Porter! It’s a good name, I hope you love it as much as I have!

Congratulations to my beautiful Christmas bride! I have known Erin for my entire life and I so am happy that she found sweet Tyler! So grateful to have been a part of this day!

People would ask if I had lost my mind when I would tell them that I was doing the flowers for my own wedding. It was a little stressful trying to make my own vision become reality, but I did it! Moody fall flowers for a moody fall bride.
