DAY 2

THE POWER OF FORTY

Scripture Focus: Acts 1:3, Matthew 4:2

Thought: Jesus showed Himself alive for forty days.

Forty is not random. It is a divine number of testing, preparation and transition into purpose.

Forty days in the wilderness prepared Jesus for ministry. Forty years in the desert He prepared Israel for promise. Forty days after the resurrection He showed Himself alive to prepare the disciples for power and assignment.

You cannot skip preparation and still walk in purpose.

Many people want manifestation without formation. But God uses seasons of testing to develop tenacity in you.

Those 40 days was not wasted time. It was necessary time. What feels like delay is often divine development.

God is preparing you for what he has already promised.

Key Insight:
Preparation is proof that the purpose is near.

Reflection Questions:
What season of preparation am I currently in?

Have I been resisting a process that God is using to develop me.

What is God strengthening in me right now?

Prayer:
Father help me . I will not rush what you are developing in me. Strengthen me during this time and allow me to be fully prepared for what you have called me to do. In Jesus name, Amen.
