We’re Tiger Labor & Staffing, a fast-growing light industrial staffing company. We fill jobs daily in construction, distribution, and light industrial work. We need a recruiter who thrives in a high-energy, high-volume environment and wants to grow with us.

What You’ll Do

Source, screen, and onboard industrial workers daily
Maintain a steady candidate pipeline (interviews, phone screens, walk-ins)
Ensure job orders are filled quickly and workers show up on time
Hit daily/weekly KPIs (interviews, placements, attendance rates)
Solve problems fast: no-shows, replacements, worker issues
Find jobs for candidates by searching leads, cold calls, and in person site visits.
What You Bring

Strong work ethic, urgency, and ability to juggle multiple priorities
Comfortable on the phone and face-to-face with candidates
Staffing or recruiting experience is a plus, but not required

What We Offer

Base salary $38,000–$45,000 (depending on experience)
Activity & placement bonuses ($10k–$15k extra annually)
