Thank you to all the swimmers and families who joined us for our A. C. Lewis YMCA Swim Team “Meet the Coaches” event! It was wonderful seeing everyone connect, ask questions, and get excited for the upcoming season.

At the YMCA, our 250 Club recognizes members who scan in 250 times in one year, and these members are going strong so far in 2026!

Looking for great tennis and even better people? Join our co-ed Round Robin games at the Paula G. Manship YMCA every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 8:30–11 AM. Open to players 3.0 and above. Competitive rallies, fun atmosphere, and a great way to start the day. Come play with us!

Big things are happening at the Americana YMCA! Renovations are almost complete, and members are already enjoying fresh new upgrades including updated flooring, modern fitness equipment, and a refreshed look throughout the facility. We’re excited to continue creating a welcoming space for health, wellness, and community.

This month's Employee Spotlight is Ivory Watkins.
Ivory has been a valued member of the YMCA team for the past six months, where she serves as a Front Desk Attendant.
Ivory’s connection to the Y began even before she joined the team—she first became a member and quickly grew to appreciate the positive atmosphere. Inspired by her experience, she decided to apply online and transition from member to staff. This unique perspective gives her a strong appreciation for the organization and the people within it.
For Ivory, the most meaningful part of working at the Y is the strong sense of community and belonging it creates. She values being part of an environment where people feel supported, included, and connected, both as colleagues and as part of the broader YMCA family.

Check out a sneak peek of our Group Centergy Class at the Americana YMCA taught by Brittany P! Group Centergy will grow you longer and stronger with an invigorating 60-minute mind-body workout. It incorporates yoga and Pilate fundamentals with athletic training for balance, mobility, flexibility, and the core.
Come try it on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7am, Mondays and Wednesdays at 4:15pm, or Fridays at 8am!
