Baton Rouge's Sweetest Dance Troupe! Since 2017, the Baton Rouge BeignYAYS are Baton Rouge’s sweetest dance troupe.

We are a wonderful and supportive group of women who come in all ages, sizes, and shapes with a passion for dancing, costuming, and making people smile. We dance like no one is watching, enjoy questionable amounts of glitter, and have fun no matter the situation. Our mission statement:
To encourage the Baton Rouge community to be active while promoting body positivity, female empowerment, and creativity.
