We had a great volunteer day lending our service to Gardere Community Christian School! Founded in 2011 by inner-city educator Nancy Zito following the success of a local after-school tutoring program starting with just ten students, they are now 180 students strong. They provide a firm educational and spiritual foundation for children in the Gardere area, helping families overcome obstacles regardless of financial background. We helped with some outdoor tasks around the school and got to meet some of these amazing kids. Thanks for a great day!
