As Father’s Day weekend approaches, we also take time to celebrate the fathers, mentors, and male role models whose guidance strengthens generations.

Nobody hands you a manual when you become a dad. That's why we built one.
F.O.A.M.'s fatherhood classes give single dads the tools, community, and support to show up strong for their kids every single day.

Our Fatherhood Classes meet every Tuesday from 6:30p.m. at the Family and Youth Service Center (1120 Government St., Baton Rouge).

Just because a father is incarcerated does not mean he does not deserve the opportunity to learn, grow, and prepare for a better future. The men participating in our Fatherhood Program at the barracks are gaining valuable knowledge and skills they can apply upon their release and as they reconnect with their families.

This Father’s Day, through the generous support of J.R. Whaley, we celebrate the commitment these fathers have made to becoming more responsible parents, stronger role models, and productive citizens. Your investment helps strengthen fathers, families, and communities.
