Geaux Cuban is a rockin food truck with the
Best Cuban Food this side of Louisiana
(we're actually the only Cuban food this side of Louisiana - that we know of.) That alone doesn't make us the best though, what makes us the best is our love for food, our attention to detail and good ol' fashion scratch cooking. We smoke our pork for our cuban sandwiches, Braise the Brisket for our Ropa Vieja,
cook our Black Beans from Scratch ! Never tried Cuban Food- Not to worry
if you like fresh Hot Sandwiches we got ya covered,
