The easiest way to see if you're eligible for TOPS is by logging into your Student Hub account at https://mylosfa.la.gov/applications/student-hub.
Once you've been processed for eligibility, your TOPS status will be visible on the Home page under "Program Status."

You have two options to apply for TOPS: the TOPS Online Application or the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA®). The FAFSA® allows you to apply for TOPS/TOPS Tech, other state aid, and all federal aid.

The START Saving Program is an innovative college savings plan designed to help families contend with the growing costs of educating their children after high school.
