Hi y’all! My name is Cate Emma and I have the absolute honor and privilege to serve as SPC’s President! I am a senior majoring in International Management and minor in Spanish.

I am so excited for everyone planning on applying for SPC! My experience in SPC has given me so much and I’m so grateful for it changing my LSU experience for the better!

Coming to college can be such a big transition filled with excitement, uncertainty, and so many unknowns.
While I can’t promise you’ll have all the answers right away, I can tell you this, finding an organization to help call LSU home can make all the difference. I am so lucky that SPC that became place for me so early in my freshman year.

I still don’t know how I got so lucky to lead such an incredible group of people, but I am so grateful they put their trust in me! There is truly no place I’d rather be!!!💜🤍

Hey everyone! My name is Caroline Fernandez, and I’m a senior majoring in Broadcast Journalism with a minor in Criminology. What’s up y’all! My name is Sydney Mitchell, and I am classified as a junior majoring in Finance with a minor in Real Estate Design,Construction, and Development. I am blessed and eager to serve as the Director of Fundraising. I am excited to raise awareness to SPC and create fun and creative fundraising and volunteer initiatives that all of our present and future members can be apart of. 2026 Tiger Excellence Awards! 🐅

This year SPC was honored to be awarded:
🌟Gold Organization
🏆Collaboration Event of the Year - 1000 in 10: SPC Combatting Student Food Insecurity

Out of 400+ student organizations at LSU, we are incredibly honored to be recognized as one of four organizations to receive Gold Organization status. This honor is bestowed upon organizations with exemplary service and operations that have hosted 16+ notable programs in areas such as service, tabling, leadership, collaboration, social, and education. 💫

Thank you to Campus Life and everyone who voted for us for Collaboration Event of the Year! Our event, “1000 in 10: SPC Combatting Student Food Insecurity,” brought together 22 on-campus organizations to raise more than 3,000 lbs of food for our very own LSU Food Pantry. ✨

We are so proud of what we’ve established, the impact we’ve made, and the community we’ve built through Student Philanthropy Council, and we cannot wait to see what the future holds! 💜💛

We wish you well in all your future endeavors and know that we greatly appreciate how much time and effort you have put into making our lsu community flourished! Your impact here has been greatly appreciated and we know you left your mark on our organization, its members and as well as on lsu!💜💛

Vote SPC for this year’s Tiger Excellence Awards!

We’ve been nominated for Collaboration Event of the Year for our fall service initiative, “1000 in 10: SPC Combatting Student Food Insecurity.” Our initiative brought 22 on-campus organizations together to raise awareness about food insecurity on college campuses and raised over 3000 lbs of food for our very own LSU Food Pantry! 💛💜

The Tiger Excellence Awards celebrate and recognize the hard work, dedication, and impact organizations like SPC have had on LSU this year. 🏆✨
