Baton Rouge has been ranked the #1 most accessible metro in the country for young homebuyers in a new 2026 ConsumerAffairs study! 👏

The report found that 22.1% of homeowners in the Baton Rouge metro are under 35, the highest percentage among the 100 metro areas analyzed. That’s something worth celebrating! 🏠❤️
