This year, we celebrated Agentive Healthcare Consulting hitting our 20-year milestone. Now, it’s time to celebrate the man behind the success. We are thankful for the vision, passion, and commitment of Agentive President, Myles Holyfield.

Myles V. Holyfield has been working in the healthcare field since 1991 and has been a Licensed Nursing Facility Administrator since 1993. Myles spent a considerable amount of time in therapy management at the area, Regional, and State levels. The opportunity presented itself for him to form his own consulting company in 2001, Agentive Healthcare Consulting. Additionally, Myles is intimately familiar with the regulatory requirements in Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Texas. Myles has held roles managing multiple facilities, Executive Vice President of Operations, and President of Agentive Healthcare Consulting.

Jennifer Bellard is a key team member of Agentive Healthcare. She is RAC-CT certified and has over 20 years of experience in the nursing field as a MDS consultant/instructor with an extensive knowledge base focused on the MDS 3.0 process.

She specializes in Medicare and Medicaid compliance in the long-term care setting as evidenced by a prosperous client base in multiple states. Helping facilities overcome difficult challenges to simultaneously maximize quality care and reimbursement in the long-term care industry is her strong suit.

With strong values in quality patient care, she helps the company achieve their goals for development, growth, and profitability. This is achieved through documentation, coding, and care planning, as well as RUG review/audit areas, quality measured and program management.

Melissa Courtney is the Claims Specialist for Legacy Management Group and Agentive Healthcare Consulting. She is a Licensed Practical Nurse with over 20 years of Long-Term Care setting experience. She has been working as a nurse consultant for Agentive Healthcare since 2009. She assists Long-Term Care facilities with Medicare and Medicare Advantage Groups’ ADR’s (Additional Development Requests) and claim denials by organizing, reviewing, and preparing required documents for review. She has an overall general knowledge of ICD-10 diagnosis coding, MDS coding, Case Mix documentation requirements, and SNF Regulations.

She is passionate in her nursing profession and is focused on providing quality support and service to others in the continuing progress of the Long-Term Care industry.
