Stacked Textbook Cake 📚 Congrats graduates! This cake is for a CU Boulder graduate, their colors are gold/black/silver! To add stabilization, each book is on its own cake board (cut to shape) with wooden stilts holding up the next tier. I used Buttercream for the books & roses, with fondant letters.

I always check the plants I use before hand and wrap them accordingly so there are no safety issues. I got the roses to be blue by airbrushing them 👍🏽
